The trampoline is a complex piece of equipment that requires regular inspection and servicing. Tramp Tech carry out the most thorough service inspections in the industry. Tramp Tech provide a comprehensive electronic report which rates the areas of trampoline on a sliding scale from 5 to 1 which gives you opportunity to budget for repairs and replacement parts in the future. Tramp Tech engineers will service your trampolines and carry out all levelling, maintenance and lubrication on site at the time of the service, no additional charge is made for fitting of parts. All minor parts and consumables are carried on the van. Large value items will need to be either pre-ordered or a return visit to fit. Structural repairs will be charged as extra. Oval leg socket
Some models of trampoline can be dropped and this often changes the shape of the leg socket to oval.
Floor Guard
Floor guards wear and often will reveal the rivet or screw, this can damage the sports hall floor.
Leg brace bungee
These bungees often snap due to continual use. This is a simple replacement.
Snap Shackle Damage
This can be a common fault and is generally due to operator error not checking the hooks are attached correctly.
Goose Neck Cracked
Repeated operation can create a stress fracture which will eventually lead to failure of the item.
Collars
After constant use the connecting legs will start to wear, it is a common repair to fit spacing collars.
Cracked Hinge
Repeated operation can lead to stress fractures of the hinge area. This can be corrected by a simple weld.
Damaged Chain Adjuster
A simple replacement of the adjuster can be made by our service engineers.
Stitching Worn
Material damage can be the result of general use, webbed beds can be restitched providing the material is good.
Damaged/Soft Springs
Springs will only last so long, continual use will lead to stretched or soft springs.
Damaged Bed
Often beds can be damaged by sharp objects or catching on other equipment when manouvering.
Damaged Frame Pad
Frame pads will eventually wear and provide less protection to the frame. Industry standard is 25mm thick as a minimum.
Anchor bars
Continual spring wear will eventually work through the anchor bars, this can easily be repaired by welding.
Bent End Rail
This is generally due to operator error allowing the end rails to gain speed when opening. End rails should be lowered slowly. This can be rectified by build up welds unless the bend is too great, then a new end rail would be needed.
