Annual Maintenance

OUR SERVICING

Any piece of equipment that has been manufactured for public use has a natural need for regular inspection or maintenance. Failure to do so will only result in damage, deterioration and finally a complete failure of that piece of equipment.
Failure or in the worst case, catastrophic failure has many implications to its environment, namely health and safety of not only the end-user but the public or those around that piece of equipment. Not to mention the period of time that piece of equipment is out of use has much impact on potential income, training schedules, lesson plans, Education examinations and of course the dissatisfaction from the disruption caused.
I’m sure you have all heard the phrases “Safety is no accident” and “Prevention is better than cure” well these phrases lie deep in the ethos behind Tramp Tech’s approach to a high end, professional service that is second to none in not only the work that is carried out but the method in how we provide you with this service.

KEY ELEMENTS

The Key Elements of any service should be a quality product for a price that meets the expectations of the client. Tramp Tech aims to go above and beyond expectations in a manner that gives satisfaction and peace of mind.

Our service packages are unique to Tramp Tech, no other service provider aims to complete the inspection, carry out the maintenance, adjustments, lubrication and fit the parts all within the one cost negating the need for a return visit. We know how important it is to keep your equipment in continued use and that is why you will never have to pay for a return visit or labour to fit parts for maintenance or fitting consumables.

We do the hard work before attending site, we stock the vans, we carry the tools, we check the previous year’s reports and prepare our engineers to leave your site with as much equipment in use as practically possible. Of course, there will always be times when a return visit can not be avoided, this may be that welding or structural work is required, High-value products may need to be approved and ordered or a client has only requested an inspection.

Following our engineers visit we follow up with a comprehensive electronic report that details all work carried out, all parts fitted, recommendations for any work needed and a rating scale of the condition of the equipment and its components. Furthermore, our after-sales support will discuss a programmed maintenance schedule with you to give you that peace of mind that your equipment will remain in safe useable condition all year round.
